Who we are

Closther is an online fashion store operated by Swicelso LLC, a company based at 701 Tillery St, Unit 12, Suite 3450, Austin, TX 78702, United States. The store ships to customers across Europe, the United Kingdom and North America, and we run customer support in English, French and German.

What we sell, and who ships it

We are straightforward about how the store works, because it affects when your order arrives and what you pay for shipping.

Closther collections. These are the pieces we select, price and ship ourselves. Standard shipping on them is free.

Partner-brand items. The larger part of our catalogue comes from independent brands we resell through Shopify Collective, a Shopify programme that connects retailers with vetted brands. When you order one of these items, the brand dispatches it directly to you from the United States. We handle the sale, the payment and the customer service. The brand handles the packing and the shipping.

Every product page tells you which of the two you are looking at. For partner-brand items the page states that the item ships from the United States, and the shipping cost is calculated by the carrier and shown at checkout before you pay. We do not hide it in the final step.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return an eligible item, and the refund is processed once we receive it back. Returns go through our Return Center, which gives you the correct return address for the item concerned. Customers in the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom also keep their statutory rights, including the legal right of withdrawal, on top of what we offer.

Carbon-offset shipping

We take part in Shopify Planet, which funds verified carbon removal projects in proportion to the emissions of the deliveries we make. It offsets the footprint of shipping. It does not make shipping emission-free, and we do not claim that it does.
