Earth-born light. This bolo tie features a rare 7 Dwarfs Variscite from Nevada, a stone so full of character it looks painted by nature itself. Its surface is alive with movement: patches of minty green variscite, soft seafoam tones, and warm light-brown matrix, creating a tortoise-shell pattern that feels both organic and luminous.
The stone’s funky triangular shape rests on an almost circular sterling silver bezel plate (1" wide), bringing contrast and balance to the design. Around the edge, three hand-cut sunbeam lines radiate outward, one from each side of the triangle, symbolizing light emerging from the earth.
The bezel is serrated and the metalwork oxidized to emphasize texture, then polished to a bright, clean shine. Strung on a 4mm light brown leather cord with handmade sterling silver bolo tips, this piece carries the perfect balance of modern edge and natural grace.

The mine produces material with soft, gemmy greens and intricate brown webbing, often compared to fine turquoise but far rarer.
