These terms apply to purchases made on closther.com. Closther is operated by Swicelso LLC, 701 Tillery St, Unit 12, Suite 3450, Austin, TX 78702, United States.

1. Order acceptance

Receiving an order confirmation by email or otherwise does not signify our acceptance of your order. Closther reserves the right to accept or decline an order, for example where an item is unavailable or where the order cannot be shipped to the destination.

2. Pricing and currency

Prices are displayed in the currency of the market you are shopping from, which may be EUR, GBP or USD. The price and the total amount payable, including shipping and any taxes collected at checkout, are shown before you confirm your order. Prices are subject to change, and Closther may modify or discontinue any product without notice.

3. Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact and ACH Direct Debit. The methods available to you depend on your country and are shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Products sold by partner brands

Alongside its own collections, Closther resells products from partner brands through Shopify Collective. These items are dispatched directly by the brand from the United States, and their shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout. Your contract of sale is with Closther in all cases.
