They're made with 8mm gold tone PVD over 316L surgical grade stainless steel posts with flat disc ends. You get one that features large heart-shaped clear cubic zirconia gem. The second one features a row of three tiny stars, the center one set with a clear cubic zirconia gem. And the third one features a pink faux opal, set within a crescent and surrounded by a ring, much like the planet Saturn. It even has a tiny clear cubic zirconia gem next to it, much like a tiny little star!
