HOW TO MEASURE for Inner Diameter Size: There are several methods to help you determine how big of a hoop you will need for your nose.
Ruler method: Place a ruler against your nose, aligning the zero mark with your piercing hole. Measure the distance to the edge of your nostril.
Paper method: Cut a small strip of paper, place it against your piercing hole, and mark where it reaches the edge of your nostril. Then measure the marked length with a ruler.
Caliper method: Use calipers to measure the distance between the piercing hole and the edge of your nostril.
